5 Reasons Why the Texans should Trade Out of the #1 Spot

The Houston Texans have the #1 pick in the 2014 NFL draft, and have a very tough decision to make. Who will they pick?



Instead of drafting in the #1 spot, here are 5 reasons why they should trade down.



#1 - There is no consensus number one pick.



#2 - Too many questions about the work ethic of Clowney.



#3 - There will be plenty of other QBs that can rival the talent of Bridgewater, Bortles and Manziel in later rounds (Carr, Mettenberger, Murray).



#4 - There are many holes to fill, they need as many picks as they can get.



#5 - For every argument that you can make for Clowney, Manziel, or Bridgewater, there are two more LEGIT reasons to be scared of them. The risk / reward of these guys is insane, something you shouldn't have to worry about with the #1 pick.
