As the 2015 NFL Combine is set to kick off this weekend, what are you looking forward to the most? Can anybody break Chris Johnson's 40-yard dash time? What QB will look the best? Here are 2 storylines to follow during the 2015 NFL Combine.
1. Will Anybody Break Chris Johnson's 40-yard dash record? The 40-yard dash is widely regarded as the highlight of the NFL combine, and Chris Johnson's blazing 4.24 second run is the current record. A few players that have an opportunity to break this record include: Phillip Dorsett, WR, Miami - He has reportedly been clocked at 4.29, and is likely the best candidate to break the record. Devin Smith, WR, Ohio State Sammie Coates, WR, Auburn Ronald Darby, CB, Florida State Michael Dyer, RB, Louisville 2. Which QB Will Stand Out? There were reports that former FSU Quarterback Jameis Winston was overweight, which may have an impact on his NFL Combine performance. Between Winston, Mariota, and Hundley, we're really looking forward to see which QB stands out the most. Early signs indicate that Winston may be the best pro-style QB in the 2015 NFL draft, but the character, intelligence, and athletic ability of Marcus Mariota cannot be overlooked. Hundley has received the least amount of PR so far, and could potentially fall into a Russell Wilson or David Carr type pick. Other QB's to keep an eye on include: Garrett Grayson, QB, Colorado State Bryce Petty, QB, Baylor Sean Mannion, QB, Oregon State Devin Gardner, QB/WR, Michigan
